When he approaches the camera you can see the shiny mirror tinted glass piece in the chest where the puppeteer can see through. Someone is probably controlling the head by remote. But the guy inside is walking around and moving the arms and fingers.

I first saw Titan on Big Brother, and for some reason I took an instant shine to him. I love the character, the design of the way it looks, the humor the controller uses, and would absolutely LOVE for Titan to come perform at my next birthday. Did I mention I'm currently 31? xD I know I sound like a big kid, but Titan IS able to use adult humor if they want him to. God I even refer to Titan as him. xD I'm such a fanboy.
The people don't even know that they are being entertained by the thing that will be programmed to hunt them down when the time comes. Great technology and entertaining, but Very scary indeed to think about.
