In my opinion, the pastor is at the root of the property and documents disputes between the woman and her husband. Firstly, as a man of God and a person of integrity, the pastor erred by handing over the three property documents to the husband. If he had the decency to communicate with the husband before accepting the documents from the wife, he should also have had the decency to consult with the wife if he should handover the requested documents to the husband. This is particularly crucial considering the ongoing family discord of which he was aware. The sister-in-law appears to be a dishonest and scheming individual who manipulated the pastor into this predicament. Collaborating with her friend's husband, she orchestrated a plan to deceive the pastor into releasing the documents. However, as a pastor and leader, he should have exercised better judgment.

I will always say i weep for the church, imagine the world judging the church matter! Christians taking their fellow christians to court , why are we then brethren? Pastor also should also learn from this matter, as a pastor don't handle any business for anybody or even stands as a guarantor it is against ministorial ethics.
