Sometimes I look at various videos and think how is a person suppose to understand it. I know even a beginner can follow your tutorial with no problems. This is the first time I have seen one of your videos. I'm going to watch your others. Thanks so much.
Thank you so much Deborah😊. This is what I try to accomplish with my videos so that even beginners can follow and understand. Great tutorial! I saw an accessory like this advertised on Facebook. Being the creative person I am, I made a wonky version of it myself out of a scrap of dark brown fabric. It works fine and makes a neat bun but I'm glad to find precise instructions, since I was just "winging" it. I would love to make some pretty like this!
Thanks Lola! Yes someone else mentioned an ad. To be honest, I did not even know these existed 2 weeks ago. There was a post asking how to sew them. Hi ZaZa from Algeria!😊. Thanks for watching. Please share and have a look at some of my other videos.
Your instruction for this is by FAR, the best. I have watched many and this one I have saved as THE one to follow, Thank You for that!
Great to hear! You’re so welcomed. I originally came up with this method. If you look at the dates, my video was the first one. I did not invent this as bun makers have been around for a long time but came up with this sewing method as I was asked how could one sew this without a buttonhole opening in the middle. I spent two weeks after work and many samples til got this. The copycat videos came out within days, Some creators even used my thumbnail and parts of my actual video in their own. There’s also lots of thumbnails with red or pink polka dot fabric too.... Sorry for the rant. I appreciate your kind words. Have a look at my other video to make this as you may like that too. I will have a third method soon. Cheers!
Amazing clear concise directions.👍❤️

You are such a talented seamstress. I made about 300 masks this past year. I can sew not beginner but not you. This hair tie is lovely but an awful lot of work and mine would not look like yours. Thank you for the tutorial...maybe I will tackle it this winter when I am stuck in the house. Your a great teacher.
Thank you Deb😊. If you can make masks, you can make this! It doesn’t have to be perfect as it’ll get rolled up in your hair. If you have time, check out some of my other videos. I have a few on masks. It’s a bit different method to most. Cheers!👍
