It depends on the opponent. The game makes units tanky in two ways - giving them high defence and defence buff(like Gear 5 and Klaw), or giving them tons of dmg reduction (like most defenders). Ignore DEF does particularly well against Gear 5, Klaw, Oni Brook/Luffy and 99% of non-defender units Ignore Dmg Reduction does particularly well against WB, Zoro, Roger and 99% of defender units The best combos are usually Ignore dmg reduction on a unit that stacks ATK like Shanks skill 1 or Cracker's skill 2 for example, or Ignore DEF on a unit with tons of dmg increase (Oden is kinda an example of this since he removes DEF buff not necessarily Ignore DEF or Zoro who reduces enemy DEF and lots of dmg increase).
Man 2v2 we always gonna be my favorite game mode only because you can play it with your friends infinitely other than that playing with randoms can be bad sometimes
