You can't change between west and east in non perm version

They haven't given to permanent dragon holders before update either. Its just their "soon". We all know what that means. I feel betrayed by the blox fruits developers though. In what mind they thought it was good idea to threaten to remove old perm dragons as if it was free( I know they gave options but fr who wants those?). I could understand if they gave choice between two dragons to perm holders but no..They need money. Disappointed real bad.
