What if they take your cell phone and you weren't even charged with anything? They've had it for two weeks and will not call me back. Its the RCMP in Langley BC. What do I do??? PLEASE HELP 🙏
if they refused to give me my property back while still in that court room. i will sue them in small clams court for theft of my personal device. as all the random info i need on it.
in April they took my phone away in a case related to harassment, I hope they will give me my phone back by the end of the year because I haven't had it for 3.5 months now😞😞
I got arrested, on assault weapon charge, I plead guilty, to a menacing, felony charge, they took both my cell phones, transported me to a county facility, tell me I have 30 days to get my cell phones, when I did get out I went down to the other jail they said I had 30 days after my arrest to recover my stuff, my cell phones, that they were already disposed of.😮 The cell phones wasn't involved in the crime but they were my own personal property. Was that lawful?
man. i was arrested 10 yrs ago, they seized my phone, went thru the trial, found not-guilty, and they STILL have the phone they took from me
