    Your channel has helped me up my weber grilling technique. Specifically how you get into using the vents. Before I didn't know how to use the vents properly and it's been a real game changer

    Awesome stuff. I was a little worried it was going to be a massive bird, and I'm always worried about using birds in the Weber (either under cooked or more often way over cooked)
    Picked up a temp probe kit recently though, so keen to give it a go.
    A turkey that size be doable for me with plenty of leftovers :)

    • @SchueysBBQ
      @SchueysBBQ  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    • @SchueysBBQ
      @SchueysBBQ  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Hi schuey. I'm doing a 3.2 kg boned and rolled crown so no cavity for the hot air to get inside. How would I adjust my time for this? And I don't have a slow n sear plate I was thinking of just using a basket and a tray with a little water in it. Opinion please😅

    Thank you, planning on doing this for Christmas. Wondering about stuffing. Does anyone stuff their turkey on weber. I guess this would affect cooking time.. Also suggest you add the weight
    of the bird, cooking time, and temp to the description. Also you list the compound butter ingredients twice in the description with some slice differences.
    . Thanks
