I can tell by the looks of this video and from experience and common sense that it is quite annoying to be chased down constantly whilst trying to survive from deadly ichor-flown machines and monsters. as a poppy player (but also toodles) i can confirm that the vintages are nice but i dont talk to ppl in the lobby story time: i got in a full lobby with a bit of poppys and boxtens and most of them just died on the FIRST FLOOR.............. i made it floor 16 though
@@poliswag6666 Here a solution, just get off the machines before hand and with Vee mic check. You shouldn't even hop on a machines if there a toodles near by. Plus you also should have some items to help you escape easily/

There are times where you cant help but to be forced to attract some aggro from other Twisteds to escape other, more Dangerous Twisteds, especially in later Floors, where getting cornered its pretty common. i say this with experience, since i reached floors 28 while playing as Vee Solo
reading all the comments.. usually I see a lot of more pro / people with basic comprehension when there's groups of people actually chatting before joining matches OR making groups w/ like abc to join etc (communication is KEY in this game, have had lots of good runs in public servers after chatting with folks for a little bit) !!!

This is why I hate public lobbies and I always have to play with friends. Whenever I go to public lobbies and try to play without friends, the servers are always just filled with noobs that are boxten/poppy and they just stand near me whenever I turn into Vee. Also whenever I play with noobs, they either just follow someone/me, lead the twisteds to me while I’m extracting a machine, die, or leave. It’s SO annoying. I barely see any pro people in my lobbies and if I do get in a round with pro people, it’s like a 1 in 1,000,000 chance…

I remember I one time was doing a dandy run and there was this one goob that would constantly pull people out of the elevator. One time they did it, this other goob that was super helpful died and they started spamming, "SKILL ISSUE" in the chat. I host nowadays
Its pretty anoying when you just got Goob or a main Toon and in the first second that you're using him you see the entire server with alot of boxtens and poppys and shrimpos chasing you and when you enter in an elevator the elevator gets full in 1 second and then the game starts and at the 5 elevator its you and an low poppy that hides the entire game.
it honestly isnt that bad considering the small amount of characters and usually it takes WAY longer to get good characters in other games like WAY longer
The public lobby experience: -You get in a lobby with 7 other people -You pick Rodger to get research on main characters -5 of the other 7 people are either Poppy or Boxten -4 of those people die -The last one dies literally the floor after -Dandy gives you bottom tier items for like the 4th floor in a row -You and the remaining people get to like floor 6 -You randomly get scraps or goob on said floor and everyone loses a bunch of health -You die to a random boxten soon after and get 40 ichor for your trouble -Repeat until you find good players

The game could really use proper tutorial, i just played it. Im new player and i have been doing solo because nobody on public server is joining games. Its easy once you get the idea but the game just gives you some words for tutorial (also not to forget that we need to research to learn how to survive against some twisted)
I hate people that defend starters going in a main only run. The starters are disrespecting them but people don’t listen to the mains to say stop. Also the starters usually don’t know what they’re doing.

I remember I one time was doing a dandy run and there was this one goob that would constantly pull people out of the elevator. One time they did it, this other goob that was super helpful died and they started spamming, "SKILL ISSUE" in the chat. I host nowadays
After I died on floor 1 my first time playing, I suddenly realized how to play, like it was built into me in that moment
Its pretty anoying when you just got Goob or a main Toon and in the first second that you're using him you see the entire server with alot of boxtens and poppys and shrimpos chasing you and when you enter in an elevator the elevator gets full in 1 second and then the game starts and at the 5 elevator its you and an low poppy that hides the entire game.
I love the teammates that walk around and do nothing, lead a twisted to you and get you hurt or the teammates that camp the door the entire time

my main problem with this game is the ichor grinding, like you can play 3 hours and only get like 500 ichor 😭

it honestly isnt that bad considering the small amount of characters and usually it takes WAY longer to get good characters in other games like WAY longer

The public lobby experience:
-You get in a lobby with 7 other people
-You pick Rodger to get research on main characters
-5 of the other 7 people are either Poppy or Boxten
-4 of those people die
-The last one dies literally the floor after
-Dandy gives you bottom tier items for like the 4th floor in a row
-You and the remaining people get to like floor 6
-You randomly get scraps or goob on said floor and everyone loses a bunch of health
-You die to a random boxten soon after and get 40 ichor for your trouble
-Repeat until you find good players

The game could really use proper tutorial, i just played it. Im new player and i have been doing solo because nobody on public server is joining games. Its easy once you get the idea but the game just gives you some words for tutorial (also not to forget that we need to research to learn how to survive against some twisted)
they do plan on adding a more in-depth tutorial when the game reaches full release but it is still weird how lackluster the current one is
