This movie is not a movie.. It's a piece of art..
Perfect
Back when _Lost World_ was considered the weakest entry of the franchise. - How blessed we were...
The 3rd movie was a little bit awful...
But the last one... it's a no no for me...the script...the story...it was horrible
Let's see how the next one goes...
@@gustavobrito9860 Jurassic Park 3 was mediocre to decent, like a 5-6/10
I wonder if the dude that played that genius that wanted to turn the velociraptor’s into bio-weapons in Jurassic world ever thought (hmm why is my character such a bastard)
Tbh every Jurassic movie is pretty damn weak, they were still good though.
How to spot someone that wasn't even alive to see the Lost world in Cinemas i was and you are wrong Lost world wss 2x bigger than the first buddy
Less than a minute in and Jeff Goldblum starts acting like Jeff Goldblum. Gotta love him!
The Lost World was a pretty worthy Sequel to Jurassic Park. Even JP3 was Ok compared to Todays Movies. It All went nuts with JW. JW just Can't compete with JP Movies.
couldnt agree more
A great film !! Love the cast too. Rest in peace Pete Postlewait
5:03 I watch this forest scene in the movie and always thought the background forest would be CGI....and isn't! In today's movies, all of this would be CGI :-(
They actually built many parts of the Jungle in a Big Hangar at Universal Studios. The Cliff Scene was Shot at the parking Garage at Universal Studios too.
Dave Johnson, not really. In terms of where and how a sequence is shot, it all depends on the availability of the equipment and materials and the possibility of making the best out of the equipment and materials for the need for every sequence.
Dave Johnson not exactly lots of movies are still shot at real locations
@@NathanieI87 ok great
Yeah, a lot of this was shot in Northern California, in the Redwood Forests. Other movies use these quite frequently, too. Most famously, they stood in for the Forest moon of Endor in Return of the Jedi. If you ever get the chance to see them, I highly recommend it. They’re absolutely beautiful.
Wish Universal release extended cuts of both JP and LW.
I agree. If there was only some way we could get their attention to do one :(
@@suhaschatterjee2550 them?? And 3D is literally no different it’s not 1997 anymore 3D isn’t new technology and it sure as hell isn’t good
So cool they actually had this type of technology back then
Wish to see how they shoot the scene of the t-rex get its head inside the tent and sniffs around
I am so Glad Jurassic park Trilogy Were my Precious ChildHood That I'll never Regret watching it back then and so On!!!
GOD BLESS US ALL!!!😊🌄😇💖💯
1:52 I a deleted scene, lit.
I don't care what you think about the movie as a whole, the animatronic work is first rate and the cliffside trailer scene is one of Spielberg's best set pieces!
This movie is a classic
So raw, awesome to see
Thanks Steven Spielberg. You are One of the Best. I love the Mercedes m-class and T-Rex ^^
If anything I’m a way bigger fan of the Mercedes Benz m-class aav Montana,Santana,Fontana ml320 and of Buck and doe

Can you believe that the cliff was built on a parking garage at Universal Studios
Shooting movies is soooo awkward

Did they use the t rex and the rest of the dinosaurs like in the 1st J P the giant hydraulic machine with skin added to it for realism or did they do everything that had the dinosaurs through CGI ?
Actually, the production and post-production of The Lost World was done with both animatronics from Stan Winston studios, and CGI effects from Industrial Light and Magic (ILM). Stan Winston studios, alongside Michael Lantieri, had began construction on new animatronics, with better hydraulics and better weights/counterweights etc. For The Lost World, two new animatronic T-Rexes were made based on the original mold of the T-Rex in the first Jurassic Park, where as the Jurassic Park 1 T-Rex weighed 9,000 lbs, each T-Rex from The Lost World weighed 9 tons (18,000 lbs). With the added weight from the new rexes, the production crew had to make compromises in which they built the sets on the sound stages where they stayed throughout the duration of production. CG painting of animatronics didn't come to the Jurassic franchise until Fallen Kingdom, unless you want to include the shot where the animatronic T-Rex's neck was bitten by the CGI Spinosaurus in Jurassic Park III.
Both
Where was The Lost World Jurassic Park filmed for Isla Sorna.
Hawaii?
FERN CANYON, CALIFORNIA REDWOOD STATE PARK
Steven sounds like tom hanks
T-Rex Jurassic World
And where is the dinosaurs? i can't see any dinosaurs here
There's a lot less wrong with this film than people realize and a lot more. Critic's priorities when it comes to critiquing this film seem to be all screwed up.
Of course it helps to actually listen to and look at what's happening on screen, then some criticisms of this film would then fall by the wayside, same goes for the original film.
Ok what day did the Dinosaurs film? I'd rather watch that.
I don't like seeing behind the scenes. After seeing this, the movies are going to seem so much more unreal 😭
Where Eddie death
First Jurassic Park second lost world and Jurassic Park 3 then world and last Fallen kingdom
all Jurassic Park

I love mechanical effects and CGI creature effects but i hate guys wearing suit
