While yes Bastion deals slightly less damage the initial throw and the blast explosion hits the main target twice dealing more damage in terms of single target then white. wolf white does add the extra bunker damage resistance though Bastion can also learn that skill from White wolf herself if need be or Bastion can take the 30% extra infantry firepower though it would be more recommended to either take the bonus damage to tanks and helicopters from Golden Eagle or take the 30% damage boost from Lady Justice (35% if in ally territory) have alone Star learn Antonina skill damage is a good idea then have him learn either the hacker skill from Marco, the crit chance from golden eagle or lady Justice, the extra 8% dodge mechanic from Eri as it is a 8% chance to dodge but does not have any cooldown for extra survival
