Do you cook it on low heat or on high heat because initially it says low heat but then you mention high heat I’m confused or do you start low heat and then turn it up to high heat? When? Thanks!🙏🏽

Thanks for the clarification and videos. You’ll be surprised how hard it is to find Thai cooking videos by a Thai person I think pallin has the monopoly over it!
