Carissa, Thank you so much for responding. When I download the Updated mail merge file, it creates the csv file. We print our info on flyers (8.5 x 11 tri-folded). When I had help some months ago from someone that works with USPS they went through the process with me. But for the life of me I can't remember the step that comes after (6:18 in your video) I'm on the same computer I used then. I just don't know where to go from there. I'm familiar with the process your video shows after that, but just don't know where to navigate after 6:18 (in your video). Would it be possible for us to converse? I work for a church and would really love to just get past this point to create our flyers for our Spring Revival. Thank you in advance.
Hi when you create a job for mailing flats, do they have to be in the same state? I several flats, I need to mail but they are mostly in different states , or maybe 5 address per same state, for a Total of 200 flats catalogs. thanks! I just subscribe by the way :-)
You should be able to put them in the same job if you are dropping them all off together at the same post office. I’ve mailed to VA and MD at the same time.
Carissa, your video was extremely helpful. How do you do the mail merge portion from the csv file to the USPS? I've spoken with supervisors at the Bulk Mail Center and they are not familiar with mail merge portion, only when creating the labels. Any assistance you can provide with be wonderful. If you could provide some insight, I'm willing to correspond via any platform. Thank you so much in advance.
Hi there! After your job is created you are given the option to download either the finished labels or a CVS file…you are asking how to print onto envelopes/postcards using that CVS file, correct?
You would then need to upload the CVS file into some sort of “mailing software”. I have a Rena 1.5 Envelope Imager and my machine came with a subscription to Satori software.
