Star Platinum didn’t stop time and even with this being part 3 DIO fight SP boosted could learn it since that’s why Jotaro was training his time stop movement mid fight as he knew just moving a seconds or two couldn’t win him the fight. Therefore we can assume boosted SP would quickly have time stop. 3. Jotaro would simply win. The only argument here is that Saitama’s exponential growth vs. Jotaro is faster than vs. Garou because otherwise time stop kills him if not the fact a C range keeps SP at a good distance from Jotaro to make sure that he can’t attack Jotaro leaving the stand the only thing to attack which you can’t attack it. The only argument against that is Saitama being able to see a stand implies the video creator gave him a stand or simply made it so his power was a stand.
