Sara currently plays as a midfielder for the Philippine Women's National Football Team. She joined the team in June of 2022. She made her debut in the 81st minute vs Bosnia and Herzegovina and assisted a goal. She played club football in Norway for Grand Bodø, KIL/Hemne, Malvik and in the Women's Championship in England for Charlton Athletic. As of recording, she's made 9 appearances and 2 goals.

Andaming magaganda sa Filipinas team no. Jusmiyo. Nahaluan ba naman ng dugong banyaga hahaha. Yung iba nga sa kanila triple like Madarang and Miclat.

@@ashleypatterson8555 hahaha but I think it will be a no-secret in the FIFA WWC that Filipinas has a Fil-Norwegian player i mean y'know like there would be times in a game that once camera is focused on a player that commentators would get to tell a bit of the player's background. I've noticed like that when they played against New Zealand last September.
