There is a statue of nandi just around the corner. If not the givenrment, a charity foundation can start launching a project. This project can involve air-boats that can travel over the muddy water during the high tide as well as low tides and they are known as hovercrafts. Build some hotel accommodation to promote living at reasonable cost. It is just a matter of time, but someone who is committed, can combine SAMAY-SHAKTI-SANKALP to launch this and I am confident, one man or woman will start this, many will join. The hardest task is to START.
