What a fun day out! I love walking around antique shops also, so many fun treasures to see and enjoy. I’ve really enjoyed thriftmas and wish it was longer. Those Santa’s would also look cute on a ribbon as a banner.
The most impressive thing about this video is that you ate a BBQ sandwich in the car, with no napkins and didn't get ANY on your pretty white sweater!! Your little santa tree is so cute, I was thinking it would be cute just where you put it, with the santa blow mold and sign already in that room. Antiquing is my therapy too, that's why my house is full, I have had a lot of therapy lol. Made it through the video, but don't know how to leave a santa.
You did an amazing job on the 12 days of thriftmas. I watched them all. They say it takes a village & I am so glad you have the support of family helping w/Claire. You do a lot and deserve a tthrift shopping date w/self whenever you can get one. I have a feeling Nick will be making you happy Xmas morning!

I understand how antiquing can be your therapy! Last month, my husband travelled with my daughter for 2 weeks to Turkey & Egypt and he couldn’t understand why I didn’t want to go. I told him “that’s not my thing, but while you are gone, I will be visiting a lot of thrift stores and antique stores” 😅 and I did and had a blast!
Hello sweet friend! Antiquing & thrifting is THE best therapy or self-care treatment you could ever hope for!😁 I love the stores, but the antique malls are awesome! In about 5wks we'll be moving into our house we finally found. When we lived in TN our apt was very small. Lots of my things were in a storage room because we were looking for a bigger house there also, so i was collecting. This house is much larger, the largest house we've ever had. I haven't collected near enough! Now i can get a hutch! I want an old secretary & one day I'd love to own a Hoosier!😁 Anyways there's a huge 2 story antique mall in Tampa, only about 30min from us & i can't wait to hit it!! I think I'm going to look & hopefully find vintage Christmas ornaments throughout this upcoming year & do my tree in them. I know I'll probably have to use some newer pieces too.🤷♀️But anyways... I love any kind of rocking horse, that ornament is sweet! I would probably sit it on A shelf😊 I love rusty & crusty! That star is beautiful!⭐ Loll I knew that tree was coming home with you!😄 I would have been shocked had it not!! Those data's remind me of the ones my mama used on our first green Christmas tree, after she decided to get rid of our gorgeous silver tinsel tree that wasMuch older than me. Ohh I loved that silver tree!🥲 But the little Santa's she had were plastic with furry little beards. But those are so cute!😊 The 3 ironstone dishes were really pretty! Ohh Goodness the little mugs are so sweet You had a nice little hual! Everything had A perfect home! Enjoyed the video & thanks for sharing! Hope you have A blessed weekend!🙏🏻😊
