Omanyala has the talent but it seems like his struggle is mental….. sort that part out and he is a medal contender no doubt….he run sub 9.9 with Fred but following week when the meet was stacked with talent he runs 10s. When he has 2 or 3 runners ahead of him he hits panic mode and gives up. He needs to learn to focus on his race and trust his speed Like lyles who can be last for the first 60m and comes good towards the end of the race. I have never seen Omanyala do this when he is trailing MORE than 1 sprinter yet he has amazing top end speed. Usually running with the best should push you to run better times … he does the opposite
I like you Ferdinand BUT Jamaicans also run fast in other Countries. Matter of fact....Most Jamaican PBs and all their World records were done outside of Jamaica.
