    Hi, just I want to ask. if i applied to a direct hire employer who counts my years of experience and gives me example a wage of 40/hr for a 3 year contract last year. And i reach America after 2 years will they consider my added experience or my salary will be thesame 40/hr for 3 years?

      The candidate's wage will either be reviewed at the time of their embassy or US arrival but also when a candidate arrives in the US and begins working, they can discuss with their employer regarding their wage.

    How long does it usually take for a Canadian citizen (NCLEX & IELTS passer) to work in the US? Is TN visa the best option for us? Thanks!

    • @worldwidehealthstaffsolutions
      @worldwidehealthstaffsolutions  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      If a Canadian citizen already has their VisaScreen completed, the immigration process may be anywhere between 3-9 months to arrive in the U.S.

    Can ETA be rejected ?..what are the chances of that happening?

    • @worldwidehealthstaffsolutions
      @worldwidehealthstaffsolutions  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes. That is possible. However, exceedingly rare. The immigration process is complex and sometimes complications arise. Please follow up with your assigned Case Manager with any questions.

    Hi, if our nursing license is in NY and our contract is in CA, will the employer allow us to work as an NA temporarily while waiting for the license endorsement since before we can apply for license in CA, we need first to be in USA to apply for SSN. Thank you.

      Often times a healthcare employer will allow this, but please make sure to first confirm with your Case Manager regarding credentials.

      We work with nurses in many different countries around the world who are interested in applying to work as a RN in the USA. In fact, we are hosting a live recruiting event in Nairobi, Kenya this week.
