- 记得以前山里都没有洗发水的时候，镇上的老医生常用的这种植物搭配的洗发水洗头发，用皂角，无患子，何首乌几种药材，锅里加入水，放入上面这几种材料，然后再从地里或者地窖里找出几块生姜切碎，房前屋后的柏树上折一把柏树叶子一起放锅里，盖上锅盖，一起熬煮，最后把渣滓篦去，用熬出来的水洗头。我有幸洗过几次，洗完后头发清爽，有植物特有的香味，现在我顺着这些记忆，再去亲手采药做一个洗发包，让家人都洗一次头发。重新找回这些记忆。
