    Love your vids, maybe a heavy strength workout? Like a squat party - 2EMOM from 145. 20lb jumps til 225, then 10lb jumps til 315, then 5 lb jumps until you tap out. I think this was on Rob Orlando’s strongman wod or some version of this

    nice work! I would have definitely needed some loud ass music drowning out the pain of those THRUSTERS! relatively new fan but impressed so far with your endurance and commitment to the WODS👍🇺🇸

    Oh boy! I'm trying this work out! Wont be with a bike erg, but with an assault bike. Btw, Josh posted a work out this morning which I did, but instead of peg board climb, i did rope since i dont have a peg board.

    Do you just think of what could possibly hurt the most and just got with it? Much respect. I’d have to do a time cap because I’d definitely get to the point where I wouldn’t finish the thrusters in a minute

    Is he burning 150calories every time he’s on the ERG or is he burning 150calories over the course of this 13min vid? How accurate is the calorie counter on the erg?

      150 total. Its not calories in your body my friend. Its a unit of measurement for the erg.

      @Jacob Heppner if Concept2 is using the calorie unit in place of total watts or just as a way to express total effort like a point system, how would someone use that to figure out how many calories their body has burned in the exercise?

      Unless I got a judge right next to me, it gets hard to count when your HR is high.
      Probably why you don't see a whole lot of Games Athletes putting full workout videos up honestly.

    You can do all of those thrusters but you can't do the conversions to kilograms? Bro, help us dumb people out and put the conversion from pounds to kilograms up on the screen!
