See if u r completing one task means, u should learn from it, future lo neeku mallee alanti task vachinappudu u should be able to do it without help, if u take stackoverflow help thays nt a problem, but u should understand that solution & understanding helps to customize, next time u wont get makki task, but with lil change u may get, if u understood previously what u did, u can easily customize that solurion, see exact solution u never get from stackoverflow or google, only reference u get, ushouldbe to customize that sol according to ur project, that requires coding standars, tech knowledge, each passing day u should become better, if not waste of time, first take a break, improve ur tech knowledge, improving coding standards with googling is quite difficult, usually it improves wirh exp, but tech knowledge u can gain from google, then shift to the company where u get small project, so that u can understand requirements clearly, know the diff btn standard and non standard coding, slowly get medium size project, then u can move onto big project
Apart from Technical knowledge, we also need to have 1) good communication skills - should be able to convey issues/delays in work, be friendly with others etc 2) Googling skills - we should know how to google correctly and carefully and with patience and know how to find the answers we need from google Not just in starting stages it will be helpful in all stages of career
