The Rasputin name may have been a reference to the main character of Psychonauts. He can enter peoples' minds and you do something called "Inside the Mind" and you're good at mind gaming survivors. Also Psychonauts 2 came out recently I think.

If youre gonna use the strat of "camping" around the hook, why not use monstrous shrine more often or with your freddy, i don't have resources to play dbd rn so its just a suggestion to encourage more saves and make them reach second and 3rd stage faster
I think you're confused. Monstrous Shrine activates once you are a certain distance away from the hook
