Dru, in the last two episodes, is really living up to the Michael Corelone archetype that Courtney used to highlight about his character. When Dru’s locked in, he’s clearly the most dangerous Tejada, and Lorenzo was right in wanting him to be the heir to the family business.
I'm glad I'm in the minority lol and I'm glad all of you are agreeing..I can't wait to be right abt this because Tate does not know the truth,he might be skeptical and he'll find out the truth but for now he knows nothing
And P.S that's a damn lie lol anytime Tate said "My good brother" is when Tate himself was being full of sh*t or when he's getting something out of a deal
Top quality breakdown Rudy! it can be argued that Detective Carter's wrath is about to overcomplicate, seeing as he's been dealing with a guilty conscience after killing Kamal tate, which would explain the hesitation prior to killing the Russian, given that the killing would be for his own interests at large instead of maintaining the city's protection, overall, he's wrestling with the idea of becoming the problem with new York rather than the solution. As before episode 6's ending, the task force targeted criminals, whether arresting them or killing them, along with raiding their supply. But from his standpoint, as long as no innocents are caught in the crossfire then his immoral actions are justified, but now that there's the blood of an innocent cop on his hands, this shifts the entire equation. This could most likely either further corrupt Carter's intentions, lead to his own downfall, or result in the Task force destroying themselves.
Dam Rudy P Magic, you didn't hold back calling Noma a 304 😅😅 I am shocked Tariq didn't get those Noma cheeks if it wasn't for the whole Effie and Diana thing
The episode was interesting, I wonder if Diana is going to become Monet 2.0 with the loss of her baby. Dru is proving why Lorenzo wanted him to take over the business. It was only a matter of time before Tariq was recruited by Carter. Noma is hopping from dude to dude like hopscotch lmaooo
I think Cane is in the best position to take out Carter and Noma cause everyone is sleeping on Cane's growth and that's when the shhh will really hit the fan and everyone will be working for Cane 😅😅
Kinship parallels between characters was a major theme in this episode: Diana and Tariq shared a kinship with their first kills being dirty cops and the execution of those murders both being sloppy. Also, Tasha and Tariq having one in the shared empathy of losing a child.
@RudyPMagic I think it’s going to be interesting to see who ends up in the top spot by the end of the series. I mean, although it is Tariq’s show Cane and Dru are both in positions that can set them up to be Boss in their own rights. So it will be interesting to see how Tariq weaves through that. Also, the fact that Tariq has basically cemented himself with Diana makes it so their is no clean way from extracting himself from the Tejdas. So unless they all die from something crazy, that family is now his for better or worse.
This was the episode where Tariq finally saw carter as a threat because I don’t think he thought he much of him during their first conversation but the look he gave him this episode said it all and when Tariq sees someone as a threat he takes them out or neutralizes them very quickly in the original power when ghost put hands on Tasha he became a threat in Tariq’s mind and he took him the next episode in season two of book 2 he didn’t interact with Mecca for the majority of the season but when he finally did and learned who he was he saw as a threat and made plans to extort him and helped take him out the next episode this season when Diana was tasked with taking out Zion Tariq saw him as a threat and took him out in the same episode even with noma at the end of last season she became a threat to him and though he’s taking his time with it he’s already neutralized her and planning to take her out so it’s only matter of time he’s does the same thing to Carter
I love all the og power parallels. And as much as ghost nuts irk me, if he shows up in the last episode? I will be a lot of things. But upset isn’t one of them. 😂
My G, how would she identify Kanan? And how would that Detective Lewis' kid identify the killer of his mother? None of the kids would've died. And even if though they weren't killed, they couldn't point a finger!
Carter bringing tariq into the “team” will only expedite his downfall, especially when (not if, but WHEN) tate convenes with tariq surrounding his brother’s death. I’ve been saying his own detective Nico could be nypd internal affairs.
At this point I have no idea what this show is about Diana killing someone really had me questioning what this story is really about This show feels like it has no meaning
Before detective Carter put a bullet in Tate's brother, he put out a cigarette at the scene. I wonder if councilman Tate is going to go to the scene because Kamal left his car there and will he find a cigarette butt?
Yup! I'm trying to enjoy it, but I said the same thing once it was announced that this would be the last season. Too many storylines and loose ends 🤷🏿♂️
Carter fucked up and gave Tariq the army he needs to go after Noma. Cane is playing against the clock when it comes to Noma, he is trying to cover for his family while also plotting to usurp her, but his family is now poised to strike at him and Noma with Tariq soon to be pulling the strings, something that will undoubtedly infuriate him. We know Cane and Tariq hate eachother and without the baby I dont see them reconciling. Im really bummed and interested to see how they tie book 2 up because from where im standing Cane Dru and Dianna all have 1 more level of growth to go through before they reach the full potential of their characters that i just dont see being done for all in 3 episodes. But from what we can assume, this may be the last time we see this core of characters unless they launch another spinoff book concerning them. Im glad Book 2 is seemingly ending off strong but man it could have been so much better, I really wanted to see more overlap between Book 2 and Force. Things like what Dhalia would have done to NY, Tariq meeting D-Mac, Tommy potentially meeting Cane and so on.
Tariq being as sloppy Diana is telling. I think next episode Tariq might get pop but he be iight. Cane vs Dru again. Dru got to get his get back. Effie mom is bad person watch Cane going to pissed her off. And drama ensue
How will Tariq and the crew overthrow Carter, and who takes him out? Sound off below!

Dru was a beast before he started tweaking in season 3
When council man Tate says" my good brother" you know he is on to things😂😂
😂😂😂 facts
Fr fr 😂😂😂😂😂😂
My Good Brother , O-Dogg knows a dirty crooked cop when he see one 😂😂
I'm glad I'm in the minority lol and I'm glad all of you are agreeing..I can't wait to be right abt this because Tate does not know the truth,he might be skeptical and he'll find out the truth but for now he knows nothing
And P.S that's a damn lie lol anytime Tate said "My good brother" is when Tate himself was being full of sh*t or when he's getting something out of a deal
O-Dogg talking directly to his brother's killer. 😅
On this episode, Carter reminded me of Mike Sandoval and what he did to Greg Knox back in Book 1, S3. Doing everything he can to cover his tracks
Dru couldn't even kidnap Becca at the beginning of the season. Now he's an expert assassin?
😂😂😂😂😂😂
Facts 😹😹😹😹
Plot armor at its finest😂 the only reason Becca was able to get away is because she's braydens sister
@@J9898-o6gor is it possible that dru is inept or not thinking about the game in that moment..🤔
Because he wasn’t truly tryna hurt her
Top quality breakdown Rudy! it can be argued that Detective Carter's wrath is about to overcomplicate, seeing as he's been dealing with a guilty conscience after killing Kamal tate, which would explain the hesitation prior to killing the Russian, given that the killing would be for his own interests at large instead of maintaining the city's protection, overall, he's wrestling with the idea of becoming the problem with new York rather than the solution. Rudy you made this episode more interesting than the episode……. Great job as always!!!!
Thank you! 🫡
Tasha gave Tariq some good advice
She really did and he stupidly ignored it
She usually does!
Tiny Tommy getting ready to turn up
Dam Rudy P Magic, you didn't hold back calling Noma a 304 😅😅 I am shocked Tariq didn't get those Noma cheeks if it wasn't for the whole Effie and Diana thing
Had to do it! And Tariq prolly still could don’t underestimate young pimpin 😂🤣
Lmao the whole fiasco in the house was ridiculous. Diana reading the kid a bedtime story was the most unserious shit I’ve seen on TV in a minute 😭
I'm to the point that this whole show is Ghost in a coma dreaming. They can't be serious 😂😂😂
🤣💀
The episode was interesting, I wonder if Diana is going to become Monet 2.0 with the loss of her baby. Dru is proving why Lorenzo wanted him to take over the business. It was only a matter of time before Tariq was recruited by Carter. Noma is hopping from dude to dude like hopscotch lmaooo
“Drug Lord/304” 🤣😭
I think Cane is in the best position to take out Carter and Noma cause everyone is sleeping on Cane's growth and that's when the shhh will really hit the fan and everyone will be working for Cane 😅😅
That suicide setup reminded me of D'Angelo from the Wire. RIP
Diana did her thing!!!
Kinship parallels between characters was a major theme in this episode: Diana and Tariq shared a kinship with their first kills being dirty cops and the execution of those murders both being sloppy. Also, Tasha and Tariq having one in the shared empathy of losing a child.
Damn that’s good parallels especially the one with Tasha
“Welcome to the fkn team tariq “
😂😂😂
Tariq need to be the Latex Predator 😂
Facts 😹😹😹😹
@RudyPMagic I think it’s going to be interesting to see who ends up in the top spot by the end of the series. I mean, although it is Tariq’s show Cane and Dru are both in positions that can set them up to be Boss in their own rights. So it will be interesting to see how Tariq weaves through that. Also, the fact that Tariq has basically cemented himself with Diana makes it so their is no clean way from extracting himself from the Tejdas. So unless they all die from something crazy, that family is now his for better or worse.
If Diana didn't use protection with Tariq in the earlier seasons, Tariq would've killed her in previous episodes.
Could you imagine if Monet find out it was Tasha that shot her 😳 if the season end with Monet killing Tasha thatbwould be crazy
I could see Monet or Paz(by accident) shooting Tasha
Diana was such a rookie in catching her first body lol, however good for her seeing as how Felicia more than deserved that shit
“The 1 ya put the steak on…”
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣✊🏾
Every member in the Tejada family has caught a body now.
Can’t wait for Episode 8
We need to keep our eyes on the woman who arrested Dru in episode 6 when Monet house was raided .
We didn't get a "Bye, Felicia." 😂
The GOAT!!! PERIOD
Its about dang time RPM!!!
I wonder if Tariq could’ve beat Stokley? 😂👊🏾
Yeah somebody should've at least told Diana not to kill a cop. But, she was severely hurting at the time. Just like Riq post Raina(Baby Girl) death.
I love all the og power parallels. And as much as ghost nuts irk me, if he shows up in the last episode? I will be a lot of things. But upset isn’t one of them. 😂
Monet was gonna smoke Felicia Lewis son like Kanan was gonna unalive Heaven (Dre daughter). No loose ends.
My G, how would she identify Kanan?
And how would that Detective Lewis' kid identify the killer of his mother?
None of the kids would've died. And even if though they weren't killed, they couldn't point a finger!
It’s crazy how Diana caught a body before Effie
Effie damn near almost killed Lauren
Carter bringing tariq into the “team” will only expedite his downfall, especially when (not if, but WHEN) tate convenes with tariq surrounding his brother’s death. I’ve been saying his own detective Nico could be nypd internal affairs.
Once again Cane saved Brayden from unaliving Maggie like he did when Brayden was gonna shoot the jeweler in the jewelry heist .
Diana murdered Felicia the same way Ghost murdered Charlie Murphy.
Fucking wack
NAAAAAAH, YOU DON’T SAY???
So only Noma got money & product. She better watch out 👀 the Double Cross is coming.
At this point I have no idea what this show is about Diana killing someone really had me questioning what this story is really about
This show feels like it has no meaning
Why would Cane disguise himself as Officer Ramirez? The same cop he killed and tried to frame Tariq for it.
Before detective Carter put a bullet in Tate's brother, he put out a cigarette at the scene. I wonder if councilman Tate is going to go to the scene because Kamal left his car there and will he find a cigarette butt?
No silly ain't gonna happen
They really killing shit this season I got a feeling we getting a cliff hanger ending
We better not especially when it's Over
It could possibly end that way because they filmed this season without the knowledge of it concluding until it was wrapped up.
Frank Lucas' mother did say that to him.
But Tariq ain't no stranger to...frying bacon, shall we say. For the sake of not being struck by TH-cam
Frying bacon is the terminology going forward 🫡😂
Power book 2 season 4 is just rushed, and speeding up way too fast
Yup! I'm trying to enjoy it, but I said the same thing once it was announced that this would be the last season. Too many storylines and loose ends 🤷🏿♂️
Dru messed everything up
Tate is definitely going to used to take down Carter. Cane is going to end up taking down Noma.
Noma and Dru at the same time
Noma vs Effie would be epic. If that happens Elisa Marie and Anya will be team up against Tariq
😮 why doe
Diana was acting like her father in law when she took out Felica
😂 nah playa
Who is the master of disguises Marvin, Cane or Tommy?
Cane
I’m wondering what the Plot Twist will be?
Carter fucked up and gave Tariq the army he needs to go after Noma. Cane is playing against the clock when it comes to Noma, he is trying to cover for his family while also plotting to usurp her, but his family is now poised to strike at him and Noma with Tariq soon to be pulling the strings, something that will undoubtedly infuriate him. Things like what Dhalia would have done to NY, Tariq meeting D-Mac, Tommy potentially meeting Cane and so on.
They’re probably gonna combine ghost and force into one show to save money and it’s looking like Tariq is gonna be in season 3 of force
Tariq aka Jaydayoungan finally met his match Don Carter aka Detective Howard pt 2😂😂😂😂😂
🔥🤝🏾
Episode 8 will definitely have a major death coming. Power History has shown over the years that at least someone major doesn’t make it out alive 🤔
Tariq being as sloppy Diana is telling. I think next episode Tariq might get pop but he be iight. Cane vs Dru again. Dru got to get his get back. Effie mom is bad person watch Cane going to pissed her off. And drama ensue
Worse season hands down. This series makes no sense
