Awesome! Had this exact problem with the doors in my home, and your solution worked perfectly. Thank you!
Thanks so much! Your intro was EXACTLY what happened to me and it has been driving me crazy.

Great technique. Love it. Thanks
There are specialty guides available that are mostly purchased by locksmiths who use them daily. They can be pretty pricey but are always an option +++Bob
So simple! Thanks.
love your videos!
very helpful, great tip
I only used one piece of wood (one side) but it worked wonders! Thanks!
Thanks. Got it. Helpful...
I do believe I need a professional. But, that's good to know, too! Thank you. Very helpful!

You are very welcome +++Bob
Would love to hear it+++Bob
Thanks!
YAAAAAAAA!!!!! I was wondering how to do that.
I like it for a one time use but it is easier to modify a hole saw if you need to do many doors. I will tape my setup and add it to my catalog...
Best regards,
thanks
like the music:)
cant get the hole saw bit to go threw the scrap wood. keeps throwing the drill all over the place. in the video it shows it when its damn near finished. is the a hole saw that has certain kind of teeth that makes it go though easier?
the end was funny
Did it really work for you? I tried your way and big uh-oh.
What happend to me was; the mandrel thread gets over turned "fused" with 2 hole saw together during the spinning, the thread of the mandrel and both hole saw was totally destroyed. I was lucky the chuck of the hand drill wasn't destroyed....so those of you out there, i really don't recommend this...
