Hey! Went X-1, losing to Kashtira. It was frustrating because the Game 1 was certainly winnable but I made a misplay, courtesy of not playing Drytron in months. Deck felt great to play and I certainly had a blast. Dyna Mondo is a great Link 2, even if not going for Chaos Max plays. Being able to summon Natasha, link into Dyna and use its effect to bounce, summon Natasha and steal something. Then make borrelsword and win.
When you tributed mu beta and benten for ruler you oould have searched benten to tribute again for gama and gotten the search for lancea while keeping chaos max in hand and having another benten in grave for natasha plays
you can counter nib by having alpha zeta benten in hand. then you can be nib proof in your combo. but i guess if they have an extra hand trap it can get tricky. but anyways on your 4th summon you can still go to chaos max lock on your turn
@@locallevelduelist8356 i keep it simple tho. with alpha zeta benten. i just go for chaos max on my 4ths summon. alpha trib benten grab max and another benten then zeta trib benten , grab ritual spell and another benten/diviner make fafnir pitch gamma ritual chaos max, Chaos max effect trib itself or you can keep it on field, i recomment trib itself tho. then just go for dynamondo after.
@@plomyde6170 hadn’t thought about the 4 summons chaos max idea! I’m assuming off Benten you search second Benten so you can extend with gamma after Tributing off Chaos Max?
I'm not sure I understood how you want to use Framegear Gamma in this build. Do you force the Kash player to go first and assume they will Shifter at the start of their turn? I really appreciate the video, it's always cool to have insight from different people on the deck and I like how you explained some of the choices in the list!
Yeah that was my logic. Otherwise, if we go first and they drop shifter we are in much more of a bind. The point was that vs shifter, if I opt to go second I’ll have more potential outs to shifter + the board they set up then I would if I went first Thanks for the feedback :) appreciate it!
@@liccakusunoki after playtesting, I probably would. I’d cut gamma package. Fill lancea slots and 2 others maybe mind con and change of heart for example. Or evenly matched somewhere in there. It’s gonna be a house this format I think.
Yes that is correct! I’m using gamma primarily as an answer to shifter by forcing kash to go first. If I go first, the best answer to shifter is maybe thrust into a floodgate to survive the turn or cross out. I feel gamma going second has more flexibility in other matchups.
If things go wrong with one route you can pivot to the other depending. For example, I prioritise vanity’s on summon 5, then go from there. Vanity issue is that it’s so easily outed with current kash hate. Magician is tricky because it plays into nib. The two together work quite well in testing.

Thanks! That would have been great! It’s funny, as I played Drytron most when Benten was at 1, so I often forget Benten search Benten interactions 🤦

Yeah, alpha zeta Benten is both vanity’s and chaos max lock with vanity’s as the 5th summon. An extra hand trap makes things very dicey 😂
