In the most random of occasions, a mysterious artifact emerges from the shadows, shrouded in ancient legend. Glizzy Man faces an unexpected adversary, Goat Man, whose nefarious intentions cast a dark shadow over the city. As the enigmatic power of the claw comes to light, Glizzy Man must make the hard decision to step down of being a hero to avoid the harsh intentions of Goat Man.
