Probably he doesn't originate from here, or is not native to the Russian language. It's how Gad Elbaz also often mispronounces English words, and the last part of his version of "Очи чёрные" - after the Russian part by Avi Benjamin - is incomprehensible. That's all I could say as possibility, as it doesn't sound like Surzhyk or Trasianka.
