I think using lethal whirlwind stream before using flowing water is good because it looks cool but sadly doesn’t do a damage difference (after using lethal use flowing water when the character is falling makes you catch the player mid-air)
For yall wondering: shiftlock is much harder than no shiftlock because you need to flick your camera. If you can pull that off, then you’re probably ready to move onto the Twisted Combo.
As a mobile player this is way harder on a mobile phone because of less space to work it I suggest using other techs or combo extenders, kyoto is cool and all but pretty hard to land it
