Thats just perfect. You can walk around a futuristic, post-apocalyptic Los Angeles set in 2077, all the while not having to leave the comfort of your own home (and deal with that nasty cold that usually gets contracted when one walks in the rain)

It's in the game naturally. There's a park just outside the city center with the giant goldfish on the map. Reconciliation park warp point.

It's Reconciliation Park. Looking at the map, it's the vegetation area near the area with giant goldfish holograms.
