In the fault for MUX shouldn't it be ((La0 ∩ Ls') U (Ls ∩ La1)) U {F/0} to ensure that fault does not occur on the select line when fault occurs on A0 and A0 is selected?

i think at 14:25 equation is wrong. how s/1 and a1/1 give f/0 ? please someone explain.

no, it means s changes(from 0 to 1) and a1 changes(from 1 to 0), only then f will change. The Ls (intersect) La1 means s changes as well as a1 also change. It doesn't mean s/1.
