My smile got bigger as the video went on. I'll admit that I wasn't really interested in watching a whirligig video but this turned into one of my favourite diresta videos to date. Great tip for finding balance point.
What a great piece! This'll look great at any homestead. My biggest takeaway from this video is your method of finding the center mass of any project - it's so simple and easy, I'll never forget it!
Wow, Jimmy Diresta always finds a way to amaze me with his work. Throughout this video I kept thinking, "wouldn't it be cool if he did this/that" and just did it all and bigger than any of my expectations. Forever one of my favorite channels. Keep up the good work.
whenever I manage to have some spare time to watch one of Jimmy´s videos, I end up seeing 5 in a row, what a genius this man and such masterpieces he creates! great job!
WOW. what a badass video. I'm not sure whats better your creativity or skills. Man! I'm sure proud to call you my idol and inspiration! Another great one Jimmy. Hope to meet you one day!
I wish there was someone with your skills here where I live. I would not have the house full of crap when it comes to works that I cannot do on my own. Keep up the good work.
very lovely, chief; poetic, metallic, badass. That's my man Jimmy ! My kids just go wild when you cut up some numbers on the bandsaw. Keep on trucking ! (from France)
This is so beyond awesome. How much mapping out does it take to come up with something like this? In the video it looks like doing steps A-Z, but was there a lot of planning on paper to figure out how you were going to make it work the way it did? Very innovative, man. I don't know how you do it, but I've seen every video you've made, a couple dozen times each, and every time I watch I'm blown away at the artistry, innovation and craftsmanship that goes into your pieces. From the weathervane to the vampire-spike table to vacuum molds to turning your own brass chess pieces, you, my friend, are a talent this world has never seen the likes of. There are great woodworkers, metals workers, mold and casting makers, sign makers, etc, but to find a person who is a jack of all trades and a master of all of them is an extreme rarity. It's a pleasure watching what you do.
nicely done in product you are very skilled at what you do I'm impressed I'm a welder myself you got it going on. I'm glad you put the stuff on the youtube thank you for what you had to offer us
I can't believe that I enjoy anything that you make. Love you work and your way of filming it. I keep On going. Can't wait to see what's coming g with your new place and will love to travel to visit you in the future. Front the other corner of the earth. Hernán Cordero from Chile
