As a person who did 4:07 run, here is some tips
1. Try to skip rooms what aren’t needed and be ready to get out of the room quickly
2. Skip long locations with hard to fast beat bosses
3. You can rejoin the game 1:5,2:5,3:5 to get higher chances of vampire
4. Get thief’s statue, helps a lot
5. Luck
6. Before speedrun do cloud save, if speedrun is bad- take it back and do again!

u can craft it in the origin mode (the circle portal in front of shop, collect blueprint parts or the entire blueprint with some probability, after i go to shaman and craft it

Technically, if u upload your data before taking the plant and then u take the plant and start a game, if u go on main menù (after u take the buff and start a new game and before u finish the game) and u download the backup u uploaded before starting the game u should have the game u started (with the buff) and the plant still there
