there is a maturity in the performance that wasn't there as kids, that is so obvious and entertaining. true professionalism that is so much more polished, I enjoy babymetal more as they get older and hope they can carry on after they out gtow this as solo artists.
I saw BABYMETAL at San Francisco, it's a great show. Yes, I agree with you that Su and Moa grown into mature young ladies. Su's vocal is amazing and Moa's dance performances also amazing.

I spent 20 years in the live audio industry... mixed acts that were Grammy winners, Rock and Roll hall of fame... this is just constructed garbage. they won't get older and continue their careers in "metal" .... it's a moneymaking joke. they are just dancing puppets.

Shanti Shanti Shantiといいこの曲といい、素人目線だけど今年のもあちゃんは腰の使い方が凄い。これで長いツアーを踊り切るんだからめちゃくちゃ鍛えてるんだろうね、
My favorite choreography of any song. I love how it's more mature without it being cheaply sexualized. Don't get me wrong, I like sexy dancing, but Babymetal seems like they are above that sort of thing. Damn this song is amazing

@@bullemule A lot of good group singers are oversexualized in Asian Pop Culture. Meanwhile Babymetal is sticking with it even in their older years(20-22 in 2019). This is also why its crazy as they have the voice of a Kawaii group, with the outfits of a more goth/metal style, with the background music being heavy metal. It was confusing the first time I watched them on YT.
Also nobody said they need to be sexualized, they or the managers chose this route, glad they did. Just looked it up and they chose their outfit styles by visiting Goth/Metal shops in Tokyo.

@@user-es2kj1nz2s 水野は小学生の時から既に独自のスタイルを確立させていた。独特の遅れから素早く大きくきっちり止める、静と動を併せ持つ美しさを湛えていた。幼いときからプロフェッショナルダンサーだった。と言うか、普通のこどもはこういうテクニックは持たないが、子供だからこそ軽々とできることが有ったのだ。体を太くしてしまうと止めるためにさらに大きな筋肉が必要で...という無限ループが待っている。だから、中元も菊地もあれだけ細い。MIKIKOの振り付けにはバレリーナ体型こそが必要なのだ。鞘師は普通の体型だが、それでは長く活動はできない。水野が再びそこに現れるためには、大人への体の変化を克服する必要がある。とんでもない鍛錬が必要だが。武藤はさくら卒業したら風船のように太った。Perfumeのあーちゃんはもともと鞘師よりもぽっちゃり体型だったのに、二十歳頃半年で一気に痩せ、踊る体型にきっちり合わせてきた。Perfumeは今でも中元のアイドルだ。

@@_PM__ - I love Yui but Moa was clearly better towards the end. Yui was a technical dancer while Moa is more expressive kinda like Suzuka. Yui was certainly _the_ dancer for most of BM's existence until her health declined
In any case, I think Moa would be quick to point out that she has learned a lot from the Angel of Dance Yui, and of course Mikiko-sensei. :)

@@rickwagner- It's one of those quirks that makes Moa Moa and why we love her. I've seen other little Japanese girls do dance covers of IDZ, and more often than not they'll bounce their left foot. I guess they think it's part of the choreo even though Yui kept her feet planted during that bit
この動画を見てもそうなんだが、Moaの身体がとても柔らかいのに気が付くと思う。速い動きの中でも最大限に可動域を使っているからとてもダイナミックに見える。彼女の初期からの動きをずーと見てきて本当に手を抜かないプロ意識が高いなと思う。60年代に活躍したスタジオナンバーワン・トップダンサーで今は後進の指導に当たっている名倉加代子さんを彷彿させる。

This was an interesting concept. I like the idea of highlighting pivotal moments of their dance moves or at least to see the dance moves that resonated with you. Saying a pivotal moment doesn't quite make sense. Every moment of their performance is pivotal to us Headobaingas 🤘 🤣 🤘
And so it was nice to see replays of certain moments. Even more than once. It helps get those moments engraved into the grey matter. 👌🦊👍

Moa overwhelmed the Avengers in this dance part. Kagerou became a favorite after three people started playing.
The "complete" version is great, but I like the Su solo version from 2018 too. You got to see Su rock out as only she can.
@@Soufriere84 I think the unique part of BABYMETAL is the visualization of sound. I feel weak when Su is alone. In my opinion, Su's solo is not only for Akatsuki but also for Amore.

I like the maturation of the show as the kawaii girls grow into beautiful women. I was worried for a while that they would stick to the same old dance routines and it wouldn't fit the evolution of the girls themselves.
