I would imagine you cleared-out your system pretty well during the weeks of healthier eating, so now these super-rich, high-calorie, overly salty items are shocking your digestive system. Best to eat half now (while it’s hot & fresh) and then the other half throughout the day tomorrow. It won’t be as good leftover, but I don’t like wasting food so that’s how I operate. If I order it or make it, it gets eaten, just no longer in a single sitting. And I’m down 46 lbs simply by reducing my portions.

This is not an indictment against Candy's character but an overall observation, but it seems like these eating disorders are almost impossible to beat. I have a friend with one that has only worsened over time despite unlimited resources and failed group meetings / rehabs. Eugenia Cooney, Nikocado Avocado. None of them can seem to overcome this disorder and what's crazier is that they profit off of it.

You CAN get a Diet Ocean Water from Sonic. They flavoring may have sugar in it but the base is made with Diet Sprite. And I completely understand how difficult it is to pass up a Sonic Slush, but we’re better off for doing it. Their slush mix is loaded with sugar, so the Route44 size, even with a sugar-free flavoring, has way too much sugar content for a single item. I’ve learned how to enjoy their unsweetened iced tea with real strawberry fruit (and sweet juice) added. Sonic really knows how to do a chili-cheese coney & chili-cheese tots, they are the ultimate in savory indulgence

At my local Dollar General they have the single serve packets of Ocean Water that you pour into a bottle of water and shake. They are official Sonic brand and contain 0 sugar! They are super delicious 😋

This is not an indictment against Candy's character but an overall observation, but it seems like these eating disorders are almost impossible to beat. I have a friend with one that has only worsened over time despite unlimited resources and failed group meetings / rehabs. Eugenia Cooney, Nikocado Avocado. None of them can seem to overcome this disorder and what's crazier is that they profit off of it.

You CAN get a Diet Ocean Water from Sonic. They flavoring may have sugar in it but the base is made with Diet Sprite. And I completely understand how difficult it is to pass up a Sonic Slush, but we’re better off for doing it. Their slush mix is loaded with sugar, so the Route44 size, even with a sugar-free flavoring, has way too much sugar content for a single item. I’ve learned how to enjoy their unsweetened iced tea with real strawberry fruit (and sweet juice) added. Sonic really knows how to do a chili-cheese coney & chili-cheese tots, they are the ultimate in savory indulgence

The food is really good imo but the experience is fun..u can do drive thru or u can order in the little parking spots n they bring it to the car on the car trays. When the first sonics opened some of the servers used to roller skate but I don't think any of the locations allow it anymore😊

At my local Dollar General they have the single serve packets of Ocean Water that you pour into a bottle of water and shake. They are official Sonic brand and contain 0 sugar! They are super delicious 😋
