I would imagine you cleared-out your system pretty well during the weeks of healthier eating, so now these super-rich, high-calorie, overly salty items are shocking your digestive system. Best to eat half now (while it’s hot & fresh) and then the other half throughout the day tomorrow. It won’t be as good leftover, but I don’t like wasting food so that’s how I operate. If I order it or make it, it gets eaten, just no longer in a single sitting. And I’m down 46 lbs simply by reducing my portions.

You CAN get a Diet Ocean Water from Sonic. They flavoring may have sugar in it but the base is made with Diet Sprite. And I completely understand how difficult it is to pass up a Sonic Slush, but we’re better off for doing it. Their slush mix is loaded with sugar, so the Route44 size, even with a sugar-free flavoring, has way too much sugar content for a single item. I’ve learned how to enjoy their unsweetened iced tea with real strawberry fruit (and sweet juice) added. Sonic really knows how to do a chili-cheese coney & chili-cheese tots, they are the ultimate in savory indulgence
