I never got to watch Community when it was on tv. I finally got to see it now that it was on Netflix. This song was the most beautiful and bittersweet way to end it. 2020 hasnt been easy, but Community made it easier than it could have been.

Took a hike in Juneau, Alaska this summer. This song makes me think of the hike up the mountain, it started as beautiful grass and rocks and then was snow when you got to the top. You could hear and see the snow melting down into rivers that flowed into the fjord, which was absolutely gorgeous. One of, if not the, most peaceful places and captivating views I have seen.
This song is so beautiful to me because of the lines where he talks about going alone. The chapter of my life I'm on the border of entering is one I'm taking alone, and this kind of gives me a bittersweet optimism for it

Community was comfort, it is the kind of inmature, platonic and weird relationships I´ve know my entire life. And I hate when all relationships come to an end. When this song played and Jeff hugged Abed so so tight I cried, I understand that feeling to the extreme, the moment you allow others see how much you care. The goodbye to my beautiful group of misfits hasn´t ocurred yet and most are not aware, but dear god it is getting way too close now.
