Juice the cucumber with ginger and pineapple place it in the fridge and drink it when its cool, also boil the pumpkin blend it with the water that it cook in after it is cool, sweeten to tase you can add sweet milk and vanilla.

Hola Roceio. You can juice the cucumber. You can also make a punch with the pumpkin. Pumpkin soup. Pumpkin pie like a casarol dish. Pancakes, sweet or savory. You can be very creative with the Pumpkin. It's a really good staple. You can Google some recipes. Uncle Moe is so hilarious and hyper. He has me laughing everytime he appears on the videos. Rocio, there is a lot you could do with pumpkin, you could make pumpkin rice, boil it then use it to make a drink, pumpkin pie or just boil it and eat it like potatoes

Yes we have people in India who have the same Iron. I don’t know about now and we used to drop our clothes to get Ironed. Ahh I do miss those times. Simple lifee
In the delivery room, most of the time, they have that ball. Working out is great during this time. I knew this type of clothes iron. I love to see, hear the animals, birds, and see nature.

Rocio just add 2cteaspoons of salt into meats as they boil than after braise meats add onions tomatoes garlic fry sbit thn add water and add oxo cubes let it simmer.

Ro don't u think the baby needs some of the things u stopd, how r u supplementing them like sugar n salt, just asking not a Dr or nutritionist.
Rocio, can I give you a suggestion? When you are making your videos, speak in spanish every now and then as Marwa does in English when he is speaking in Swahili. It would allow your parents to be able to follow your videos with a better understanding seeing that they don't speak English. When Marwa speaks Swahili, every now and then he does the translation in English. You could do the same but in spanish. It would also help your other spanish subscribers.
By the way, when that baby is born you need to speak to it in both English and spanish and also Swahili..Children learn languages very fast and this world that we live in, the more languages we speak the better at finding jobs etc.

Hi Rocio! Thankfully that your pregnancy is going very well. Tiredness is a big part of it. So don't kill yourself trying to cleanup all the time. Don't let those pumpkins go to waste make soup with it. TH-cam Jamaican pumpkin soup it's a very nice recipe. Uncle Mo is a very jolly person to have around. Lol. Keep up the great work guys.
