what's the point of comparing the two. They are both contemporaries but that doesn't mean they are competing. Vasantrao Deshpande, Bhimsen Joshi and Kumar Gandharva were contemporaries and were great friends. Mahesh Kale and Rahul Deshpande are both masters of their art and comparing them is just foolish
