He didn’t get fired for making fun of bama losing. He got fired before that game happened. He mentioned Alabama could lose that game earlier in the week. Later that week they actually lost. lol.

Mike: This was a solid hour of interesting information & insightful observations by both you & McReady. Btw, iirc, Billy Liucci was told by his A&M sources that Kiffin also inquired about the A&M job this past November. Kiffin as the A&M HC would have been fascinating.

He’s right Lane doesn’t like to do all the extra stuff around a lot of people. The Collective event after the Grove Bowl Games Lane went into his office while Walker and staff ran the event. Ole Miss is the perfect fit for Lane and Lane is the perfect for Ole Miss.

To your point of Auburn wanting Kiffin to be a "War Eagle" guy. I think in his tenure at Ole Miss I can count on one hand the amount of times I've heard him say "Hotty Toddy." Nobody really cares that much in Oxford.
That's a good observation. Kiffin is more of a "Come to the Sip" guy
