Very interesting. I think understanding what happened in GEN3 makes it easier to understand the big picture.

Another note I would like to add. All of Redemptive history was already predetermined in Eternity past. ISAIAH 44:22.

it so true in what he said the bloody rituals. We have got remember it is not a renewed covenant , but a different one. If it was a renewed covenant we would be doing sacrifices, God said he did away with all of that.

Gal. 3:6-9 Abraham covenant before Moses.... nobody said anything about a renewed covenant. We hardly ever even speak that way. Jesus is the fulfillment ,the Seed, Abraham is our father we are under the same covenant, saved by faith like all the Elect Heb. 11. We are either "in adam" or "in Christ". Please get a copy of the Westminster Confession, work through the Scripture with the footnotes, It will help you catch up. Or you can use the one Charles Spurgeon used The London Baptist Confession of 1689.

@@crystalreddick5255 excellent explanation. Only issue is 1689 Federalist don’t always see the New Covenant as fulfillment of the Abrahamic covenant or one covenant of grace as the WCF 7 does.

Thank God covenant theology is not only "work-grace-redemption".
Although great men used to think this way (like spourgeon and kline) it doesn't seems to fit the bible. It looks like an later response to medieval issues based upon catholic-greek imagination.
I think it's time to ocidental theologians leave medieval question in the past and beginning using the bible on its on terms.
