Triumph Trident T160 Rebuild. Part 42: Kickstart Ratchet Assembly

This video is part of a series covering the complete strip down and rebuild of a 1975 Triumph Trident T160 engine. This particular video shows the kickstart assembly being fitted to the gearbox mainshaft before the nut on the end is tightened to 45 ft lbs. To achieve this the mainshaft is locked by means of a special tool fitted to the clutch hub on the other end of the shaft.
