I'm confused whether he referred to "Abbas" in every case as the P.A. leader or the Ra'am party Knesset member. I also think that "East Jerusalem", which used to be the name for the Arab area outside the Old City walls, near the Damascus gate, is being used by Mr. Klein (and possibly by those he references) to describe the Eastern part of the Old City, within the gates.
