In Hell's Kitchen, two teams compete for the prestigious job of head chef at a top restaurant, all under the guidance of world-class fiery chef Gordon Ramsay.
Funny Milly and Nick were the first to get their Black Jackets in Season 14 now they get the first jackets in Season 17
History repeats itself.
And Robyn got the last Black Jacket on both Season 10 and 17.

On a sidenote it further proves how strong Meghan was, she dominted all of them through the entire season and won. Milly and Nick are rock solid and have the potential to take it all the way if they are on another season, too bad that the season they’re in Meghan is just too strong.

Yes, Elise didn’t get a black jacket! And it’s nice to see that Milly got the first black jacket as he does have a good palette, as he got 4/4 in Season 14’s blind taste test.

I was surprised Milly got the black jacket first because his hash was quite simple but getting both purees and being the only is crazy
He’s the Boston Rob of Hell’s Kitchen, probably Ramsay’s favorite chef in the entire HK franchise. There’s no way Ramsay would risk losing him before the Black Jackets.

Yeah this seems confusing, getting the purées is impressive but the massive miss on the hash, it didn’t even look remotely close to the dish, getting that black jacket first seems surprising

Anyone else feel like chef Ramsey was totally checked out this season? Almost seemed like he didn't like any of the contestants, probably because the overall level was much lower than you'd expect from "All-Stars". He seemed much more invested in his chefs in 18 and 19.
Tbh the entire red team this season was crafted for the drama. No way these are the cream of the crop lol

As much of a personality Elise is this season, I do feel sympathy for her burnout in this moment. Hate her or not, she is still human and people are complicated. Thiugh this season made her so unlikeable, moreso than before. Im glad shes doing better now, outside of hell's kitchen.

Milly got lucky. He was the only one who got the puree right, but his hash was completely wrong.
If it was so easy, why did everyone else miss the white asparagus puree? I thought they were more experienced. They all should have nailed the purees. Especially since it was not combined with other ingredients. Milly got it, so he earned the jacket.
Michelle should've never made it that far TBH.

Seeing Robin this far into all-star season and not Van made me stop watching HK all together.
This isn’t even about best chef, this is literally just stick the token minorities in (Robin is a member of the alphabet soup community) so gotta fill the quota.
Yeah, I don't think Ramsay is qualified to be near a kitchen. He tells you that raw meat is perfectly cooked, and that actually cooked meat is "overcooked". Now he says that fish is "burnt" when is golden? Yeah, not buying that
