not sure if you’ve noticed, but the bridgerton kids are all named in alphabetical order by age from oldest to youngest. Anthony, Benedict, Colin, Daphne, Eloise, Francesca (who is away in Bath with family to work on her pianoforte skills), Gregory and Hyacinth (who was born after their dad died😢)

I was literally the same. I watched it for the first time 2 weeks after season 3 came out because it was all over tiktok I got 3 episodes in, went..."ah crap...I'm about to binge-watch this whole series" I watched all 2 and half seasons in 2 days.

11:17 Gossip and group activities have always been a thing haha! They didn't have Tik Tok or TH-cam but they had all of that influence from (royal ballroom) court dances in the 17th/18th century England. But I think the waltz itself originated even earlier than that in Germany and Austria (like the 13th century) from "peasants".
Your reactions were all on point! I thought the same thing about Marissa and Lord Featherington. I hated the Duke's father the same way (and always will). And I loved, loved, loved Lady Danbury. I had all the feelings.
Dancing Masters were a thing! They would go to homes and teach the dances to the ton. When along with all the "refinements" including painting tutors, language tutors, etiquette tutors. Fun times. I would have died.

They all know the same dances because they have dance masters as they are growing up. It is seen as part of their education.
Ooooo I work overnights and my post-work morning nap is precious to me. I can’t depend on how much, or the quality of, sleep I get before I get up to go in, so that 2-4 hours in the morning is crucial.
The children have dance lessons for the characters. For the actors, they do too.
