I'm just sad they only talked for six minutes. The first time he was on the Wossy show they had twenty (!) minutes of pure exuberance and it was fantastic
hey people! i believe there will be new radio plays of torchwood ( no not the book readings) and same for tennant era in DW. im so excited! peace out my fellow whovians!
Mikeoneus I know that Scotland is technically part of Britain, but they have some major differences, one of them being the accent. That's why I was confused about Barrowman being Scottish.
I Am The Bucket "Scotland is technically part of Britain"? Scotland *is* part of Britain. There's no _technically_ about it. Scotland is just as much part of Britain as England - or, for that matter, Wales - is. I think what you're doing is conflating English and British, but Scottishness and Britishness aren't mutually exclusive.
Mikeoneus Yes but it wasn't always. It has been for about 300 years or so. It also did recently have the election about whether or not to leave. They may have voted to stay but they are their own country as part of England.
Writing a book is not necessarily a part of the entertainment industry, as Barrowman states. Most books are written to inform, to influence and to provide insight into subjects that really matter. There is a whole world out there that is not about celebrities, show biz or gossip.
Caitlin Kelly He was born in Scotland (Glasgow) and lived there until he was 10 then moved to US cause his dad changed jobs. He’s lived in Scotland interchangeably throughout his life so still stitches between accents. When he does panto he always does it with a Scottish accent but generally interviews in his American accent
I used to have respect for John but lost it last time I saw him wearing that jacket on Burn's Night. Not because of the jacket but because of his weasel words.
since he lived in the US from age 9 his scots accent naturally disappeared, but he keeps attempting glaswegian when on scottish tv. Interestingly he goes back to american when he's on the main english uk programmes lol
+hashbury stumble if you know anything, you would know when he was a kid, he used to get teased about his scottish accent, so he changed it to american. only time he actually uses his proper accent is with his family and when he's go scottish tv as MrVidification has pointed out..
Simone Lymbery It was nothing to do with his accent Simone but the ill-informed content of his views to camera on behalf of the Unionist Better Together campaign at a Burn's Supper.
Jessie Coyle So are you a sycophantic fan or just a plain old Britnat Unionist ? "Piss-off" - Is that a 'love-bombing' technique ? Perhaps the "Golden Shower" method would be John's preference. Don't worry - we plan to anyway - from Westminster.
Knowing that John and Scott argued about who was gonna propose kinda makes my day lol.
My favorite proposal ever:"Shut up put pants on we're going to get married."
oh i just love him so much, he always make me smile
I don't know how someone can be so cute , handsome & hot at the same tim,, I just love John :)
I'm just sad they only talked for six minutes. The first time he was on the Wossy show they had twenty (!) minutes of pure exuberance and it was fantastic
