Be easy on yourself, you’re learning as you’re going through day by day!

Do German hospitals have AC? I have heard mixed answers on it. I am due to give birth in about a week and am scared with these crazy summer temperatures here in Germany. I got here late in pregnancy (31/32 weeks)

    Good evening lovely mom 💐
It's amazing to see you so happy talking about your pregnancy and the birth ❤️
The German medical service is really good and the people in hospital know what they do.

Thanks for giving this update. I am very glad everything worked out so well. Have you looked at the government regulations regarding visit of parents from the US?

Wow!!! Nice video very informative. I know you mention in one of your blogs, on what you used to avoid stretch marks. What was it that you used and can you tell me the name of that particular blog? It was useful for me and maybe others who want to know. Thank you and congratulations to your family and nothing but beautiful days ahead. 🎀🍾

Girly you need to eat a high calorie diet. Breastfeeding takes a lot out of you, and the vit and nutrients go to the baby .. so the better you eat the better she will eat and gain weight. Tray and eat 5 times a day small meals. The more water then better and get lactation cookies lots of protein I know it's hard. I pre made my meals and ate otameal or cream of wheat for breakfast as a snack and at bed time.
