Battle in Bama 2023

- After a tough week avoiding storms all over the east coast photographing cars I finally made my first trip to Battle in Bama in Mobile Alabama.
I've had this show on my radar for several years, and finally had it on an open weekend where I could attend.
Thanks to Craig and the staff for making me feel at home by letting me camp for the weekend in Homewrecker.
Also thanks to our great friend Jay Church for letting us tag along for some killer seafood on Friday night.
I wound up leaving the show early Saturday before they had the traditional taco feast, and cruise in.
I think I did the show a favor by leaving because I heard the nighttime events were almost perfect.
Also I was blown away by the show grounds in the shadow of the USS Alabama. Even if you can't attend Battle in Bama you should definitely try to stop, and check out the museum it's pretty awesome.
I made it back to florida in time for sunset, and to take a week off riding mountain bikes with the wifey.

Hey brother this is crazy… I usually only watch TH-cam at home and nothing else and your channel comes across my screen…I was like this can’t be the same guy I drove to on 75N in N Georgia when you broke down in the Boogie Van… I even got to sign the door!!! We were friends on FB and you posted where you were and I lived like 5 minutes away so I got on my Harley to see if I could help … such a small world and I should have known how bad ass you’d be on TH-cam… well you just got a new subscriber tonight!!! I’m just getting my feet wet on here and would love some advice sometime… this is such a small world…I still have the metal pic you signed for me in my Harley Barn!!! Hello, My attention on the video which caught my eye was this Pro Stock Roadrunner top fuel hot rod. It is amazing, do you have any video features on this car. I would like a picture of this hot rod to draw and airbrushed on a t-shirt. or if there is a t-shirt with the car on it I would like one ???
