Anyone else realize your love for hunting and the outdoors all over again when you see these vids. I almost got chocked up.. and I’m just sitting here watching!! Makes you think about all the memories that you have in the woods with your family and friends.. I don’t know of any other “sport” or “activity” that can relate with hunting and all the experiences that come with it. No comparison 💯

These are memories Gage will keep forever and as he gets older he will realize more and more how special all of these experiences are.
It reminds me of how my hunting experiences have grown with me over time as I realize how much I've really learned from them and what they meant for my development as a hunter.

I have taken my son hunting every year since he was born(He's now 4.5). Even carried him on my back while whitetail hunting (successfully). He has seen several deer I (or his Mom) have harvested. I CANNOT WAIT until I get to experience him harvest an animal on his own. This video is EPIC!

I ain't gonna lie, this one gave me the feels a little bit. Same with the video where Casey's daughter got her first bull. What an amazing young man! Mature well beyond his years. He just fit right in as one of the guys. That is some tuff country! Straight up or straight down, no level ground. Great shot. Congratulations on your 1st bull Gage. So happy to see young people out there hunting and enjoying the outdoor experience with family and friends. Some of my best memories of my Dad are out hunting elk in Wyoming or just being with him enjoying the wilderness. Loved this video.
Gage is a standout young man
That is a great bull and a really good shot. My grandson also named Gage has been out with his Dad finding cows so far. I helped him and the family cut up his buck last night. His 8 year old sister is getting to be quite the steak cutter. I taught Gage how to reload his own shells as well. Teach the kids young and they will appreciate it later in life more than we will ever know. Hunting has come a long way from my youth of "get your wool pants and wool shirt on" and get in the pickup. The bull with the odd spike on 1 side resembles one I killed in 1990. Mine doesn't have a pedicle on the 37" spike with crooked brow tines. Antler goes straight to skull. I doubt it would ever shed off. The pride shows in this video.

This episode, and the one where your daughter shot "the freak of nature" bull, were probably my favorite episodes ever. I kept catching myself with a big smile on my face, like I was there with you guys. The other thing that's very apparent, besides Gages interview skill, is the love that you guys have for each other. Gage earns a ton of respect by thanking the host and giving him a big hug right after downing his bull, you're doing something right Casey. Great job Hushin crew!
