Mooncat has completely changed my opinion on magnetic polishes. I used to never like magnetic shades because I felt like they all looked so similar but they have managed to create such unique combinations that are so beautiful. I really love them.
Dammit Kelli. I love your videos and seeing Mooncat’s swatches, I thought there were a few I could skip out of this collection. But your swatches and your reviews have changed my mind. Woe is my wallet.

This is one of the very few collections I'm tempted to buy the whole thing. Mooncat has one of the best formulas in my opinion and when you place a magnet over the polish you can easily see how reactive it is. Root of All Evil is the standout for me and reminds me of my favorite alexandrite ring with how it shifts.
Not trying to enable you, but yeah, I broke down and bought the whole thing for the first time ever. At first there were only three that I wanted... And then four... And, oh, look at that one...😆

@@DLFH I did a complete 180 when I saw this. I bought three from Fallen and thought, I'm set, no more polish, I'm going to use what I have. Then I saw these and by the time I was making my choices, I was already in it for $80, I figured YOLO... 😆 They're just so different - that double magnet color (am I seeing that right??)
@stephro74 The multicolor is what I love about this brand, as you can get multiple looks through different applications. Plus, these magnetic polishes have mulichrome flakes that, like you said, show more than one color. So I see it as getting at least a two-for-one polish and totally worth it making room for them.
Ohhhh you are about to totally fall in love with this brand haha! They're really a unique blend of being indie style with a little of that more mainstream/wearable type of vibe, and the quality is amazing!
The magnetics are so impressive in this collection. So opaque and reactive looking. All of the glow in the dark polishes I have don’t really glow well or long. This one looks so promising. Your swatch and review videos are always top notch😊🫶🏼
I'm well past my elementary school and high school years, but those school colors have stuck with me forever....and finally I have BOTH options in this collection: Pandora's Box is my HS colors and Curiosity's Trap is my ES colors. I've never seen those combos anywhere before. Also, I would gladly swap breakfast foods and dinner foods in general. Same day have a nice tuna sandwich for breakfast and then some eggs and bacon for dinner hahaha

I feel like it could be fun to do an alternating manicure of pandora's box and curiosity's trap velvet style. Like, at first they look like the same polish but as you move your hands around it's like "wait a minute..."

I saw a swatch video of this collection on Mooncat's Instagram and I literally sat and stared at my screen for at least 5 loops 😂 My partner asked me a question and I just responded "I think I'm being hypnotized"
This collection from Mooncat really caught my eye. They really created a nice variety of colors, and I find myself looking at them over and over again. The two I’m gravitating towards are Lust For Vengeance and Root of All Evil, but if I decided to get one of the magnetic polishes, it would be Forbidden Fruit. I’m glad that Mooncat keeps their polishes permanent because I frequently find myself picking up older polish colors. I’m hoping they have a sale so I can get a discount on them.
My nail tech and I watched mooncat's promo video with all the colors together. And I just ordered the whole collection as soon as I got up. 😅 Now we have to plan what I'm going to wear.
I'm so excited I ordered forbidden fruit and root of all evil! The green almost got me but I managed to snag HT birthday collection so I'm holding off until I see more comparisons
Regarding the polishes, I would completely buy this whole collection, and I rarely like everything in a collection. This one is stunning. Not one dud or anything lackluster. Mooncat is a bit pricey, but it’s top quality stuff. The couple of polishes I have from them are just perfection. They also choose collection concepts that I would choose if I had to create one, so it feels more tailored to me than a lot of brands. Now, all I have to do is 1.) win the lottery and 2.) order all of it!
Once again, Mooncat has knocked it out of the park! Completely unique, always inspired, unlike anything else! I love the entire collection. PS - Kelli’s skeleton top - it’s cool and cute!❤

I really liked "Forbidden Fruit" and "Root of all Evil". The contrast and change of Curiosity's Trap from out of the bottle to magnetized was amazing! I loved Green Eyed Monster, with the white background and green shimmer, I had no idea it was glow in the dark! Amazing collection.
I was only planning for two and now i'm a bit more convinced I want almost all of them after your swatches. Root of all Evil gave me lurid lacquer vibes and i love how glassy all the magnetic shades turn out. I bought a bar magnet during PPU so I'm eagerly awaiting that delivery!

Well, I knew I had to get Pandora's Box since I have my sweet doggy Pandora, but WOW! I really wanna do a mani with After The Rain and The Glory Of Innocence. I think the only one in the collection I might not get is Serpents Of Eden, since it reminds me a lot of a few other greens I have, but even then... Sooo tempting.
I really appreciate that you showed us the glow in the dark version of green eyed monster on the nail in swatswatch and image at the end of the swatch. I've noticed that you don't do that with some of the swatches you do (looking at you flash reactive) and it's so nice to see it both normally and the "special effect" version. Thank you so much!

I only just discovered Mooncat recently and bought several bottles. I’m a super newbie to magnetics and could NOT for the life of me figure out why my beautiful cat eye spread like butter after the polish seemed dry and I put the top coat on. I’m currently wearing Pandora’s Box and it’s a stunner, even with my fat, wavy gold lines! lol. The shift is mesmerizing! After I saw your “how to” on magnetics, I’m so excited to try again! I have probably over 200 polishes from all different brands. ILNP and Londontown are my favorites until I found Mooncat. Each brand had a uniqueness and a place. Currently crushing on Mooncat tho…lol.
Pork roll (I will NOT call it Taylor Ham haha) is the best breakfast meat ever! I have a similar issue with runny egg yolk. In one of my undergrad Bio classes we had to dissect a fertilized chicken egg, and the smell of yolk while seeing the vascular system work will always stick with me.
I promised myself I wasn't gonna buy any more nail polish until at least black friday and I'm gonna keep that up but having to wait so long to get this collection will be mildly agonizing 😅 I especially adore the magnetics, Mooncat magnetics are always so gorgeous and often very unique!
I’m not a huge fan of Mooncat because through out the years their polishes started to look very similar, but this collection is very eye catching. Some of them are actually very gorgeous. With the magnetics, if the aura style is done properly, they will look like you’ll have 2 polishes in 1 when moving the nails around, the shimmery base hidden under that magnetic multichrome. Great swatches as always Kelly 😊. On another note and changing subject.. i’ve been trying to discover which brand Kelly has stopped swatching for and just realized which one was. I am genuinely curious why 😅😅.
