You need to watch the whole loop category from that event. This is by far the best loop event so far. In my opinion even higer level than GBB!
The best thing about this is, all the loopers in that category are actual friends and know every round the them. That's why the hype is so high and why they party together on every round :D

This tourney was S tier. I have a feeling Friidon is going to be a big part of the future of looping. He also does production and stuff, and he seems to love it more than just about anybody. That being said, Lennard is the most fun looper I've seen, in my opinion. All on a MK1 too

Lennard is absolutely fire, his deep n dark techno drops sound like something you'd hear belting out of a pa system, at 3am in the middle of nowhere, thousands of people all smashing it out in unison.
I'd love to see a gig where they were both up on stage jamming it to each other's grooves and ripping it up. That'd be epic!

Imo German Beatbox (loopstation) tops any loopstation event right now. Mixtix, Sagau, Friidon, Syjo, KAOS, Slether, Lennard, Shinex and many more names. These guys are killing it.

I can't wait for you to see what the rest of the Germans can do, if you havent already. Including East German from this year, the finale was amazing to listen to!
A lot of people think Lennard and SyJo’s wild cards were good enough to enter GBB, but the judges (and the other half of the loop station enthusiasts) stand by the judges.
Personally, I think Lennard, SyJo and Rusy would have added a lot to what is after all a battle competition. The other half gravitate towards superbly mixed legit music. Noone is wrong, it comes to preferences, but the ENERGY of this battle, come on. GBB needed that.
This event is worth checking out in its entirety. It was before the split to single device/producer, just as loopers were getting warm with multiple devices and MkII.
Some haters dream of a more purist beatbox looping, I’d say this shit is hype.
I’m seriously still wondering how Anthony found this loopstation event bad. Like they all follow a similar genre ya but come on, this is the highest level of looping ever seen and he just doesn’t like it because some performers have a style they stick to? Like most of Syjo’s round are different from each other, Lennard has his style, Kaos might be a bit similar but slether too? Come on man, he did multiple genres. Idk man, Anthony please explain why you didn’t like these it makes no sense
