- In the Gospel this Sunday’s Mass we hear about the unjust steward squandering the possessions of His Master. He was finally caught, told to give an accounting and then was dismissed. Today, we see many abuses by the Lord’s stewards at every level in our world… in the Church… in Her leaders, Her priests, Her religious, Her teachers and in Her families. But we also see innumerable abuses in the various governments as well as in our workplaces and the markets. Seeing so much bad behavior, so many abuses, naturally causes a certain fear to take hold of us. Why so? Because we know that such abuse will be reported to the Master…and there will be an accounting… and that things cannot go on this way. Something needs to give. We know intuitively that the scales of justice must be balanced. We know that those who sow the wind reap the whirlwind. It is a fact all that is done in this world by bad stewards, sinful man and the devil too must have God’s permission. Not even a hair of our head can fall without Him saying okay. This means the more we sin and abuse God’s established order, go against nature, the more easily permissions are granted to the devil and evil men to do yet more and more mischief. The permissions available at this time seem so to be so broad that we often say the devil is unleashed. He is seemingly free to do what he wants. So many feel helpless in all this! What is to be done?? We can enter into the courtroom of God and have the permissions removed... We can pull in the leash of the devil... Demonic activity is certainly increasing with all the antiGod attitudes. I feel at times I am living in a cesspool of impurity prevalent everywhere. Go to Mass regularly daily if possible receive the Eucharist frequently and monthly confession . Along with the rosary are the weapons of our time. Devils time is short. Peace too all.

@ 7:40 St. Bernadette's arm went limp trying to make the sign of the cross in front of an apparition of "our Lady"; "only when our Lady did it could St. Bernadette do it". This was a demon appearing as the Lord's mother. This has nothing to do with the gospel, salvation, God, glorifying our Lord or genuine Christianity. This is more in line with mediums, demonic apparitions and tricks of the evil one to lead people astray from simple faith in Christ. I don't care if one thousand Pope's canonize St. Bernadette, she was under the spell of the evil one. Your present Pope and Pope John Paul II apostatized when they advocated for the false doctrine of evolution. John Paul II will not be in heaven. He will be with Judas among the damned in hell. In 1997 he publicly kissed the Koran to appease muslim clerics, an action that drew gasps from the Christian clergy present. Would St. Peter have kissed the Koran if Islam existed in his day? I think not, even at the point of a sword. May God be glorified through our Lord Christ alone for ever and ever.
William Manchester you should worry about your self. Stop passing judgment. God calls all of us to holiness,don’t judge others look to your own sins and pray God you are worthy of Heaven. We have only ourselves to be concerned with. Peace to you.

Just know that as the priests are a target for demons, so are those who run the world. Pray for the rich along with the poor. Many of these men were born into their positions. Their hearts are not evil. We need to pray for them and love them.

Having holy priests in the Church is the blessing to the humanity as whole and we can thank and glorify God for this gift. A holy priest is like a professional airline pilot who manages to land a malfunctioning plane safely. The personal holiness of a priest is good enough to overcome evil during the time of tribulations like the same way a professional and well experienced pilot overcomes difficulties associated with flight. Let's practise praying the three "Hail Mary" for all of our clergymen. Amen.

As a child, I saw demons, although I didn't know at the time what they were. My parents told me that they were nightmares, understandably. I saw them again three years ago, over 40 years later, while camping in a forest out west. This time, there were two other adult witnesses who saw and described the same beings with me, so I now know that this was not something in my imagination. We saw these creatures two nights in a row for several hours and I am sure that these were the same creatures that I saw as a child, without question.
I have had other strange happenings in my life and have been plagued by nightmares since childhood. I believe that these beings are indeed demons and that they are somehow attached or following me. I have since returned to the Catholic faith in which I was raised and I am wondering if these physical manifestations of the demonic are occurring more often as mankind increasingly turns away from God. I believe that they are. In the course of my research I have spoken with many others who have had such experiences, that, if not precisely like mine, are similarly (seemingly) demonic.
John Carlson : Demons are angels, albeit evil. They are pure spirit. Invisible. Humans can be possessed by demonic spirits and maybe that is what you experienced. Listen to the talks by Fr Ripperger on TH-cam. They are excellent.

St. Therese of Avila and St. Pio could see the angels and demons. Basically, rebuke them. Invite St. Michael, Our Lady, St. Joesph, St. Pio, St. Gemma and Holy Host...and they will collapse and run away.
Wear St. Benedict's medal, carry holy water, get enrolled in the Brown Scapular.
Pray the Rosary daily.

Thanks, Robert. Yes, that is what I am trying to clear up. I have listened to all of Fr. Ripperger's videos multiple times and I emailed him. He was kind enough to email me back and included some prayers for me to recite daily. I have a blog about this and I hear these stories frequently. I do not believe that these beings are aliens, E.T.s, ultra-terrestrial, interdimensional, or otherwise. I believe that they are physical manifestations of demonic entities.
My early childhood experiences were very similar to the alien abduction phenomena (also demonic, in my opinion), though these beings were short, stocky, entirely black, and had glowing red eyes. Other people report seeing shadow people (often in demonic infestations of the home) and other physical manifestations. I am at the point where I don't really believe in the "paranormal". I think these things are mostly, if not entirely, of Satan. This is much, much more widespread than many people would guess.

Danijel - It's so much more commonplace than most people know. I was a lapsed Catholic and returned to the Church three years ago after the incident with the demonic attack (it was an attack) that my friend and I endured on that mountainside. Things have been much better since then, but whenever I let my guard down and neglect to pray my rosary daily, I can feel the difference. A lot of negative and obsessive thoughts return unless I am being very vigilant and diligent in my prayer life. I have not seen these entities again, except several times in dreams - but no real-time, physical appearances.
I'm sure that this sounds very crazy, but my friend and the other gentleman who was present saw these things as well. My friend and I stayed up all night, two nights in a row, keeping them at bay. They were most definitely the same entities that I saw as a child. Good luck and God bless.

One thought comes to mind. If the devil's actions are used by God by permitting them, the devil is basically assisting in our Lord's work, likely reluctantly, but still. Does that mean there's a slight chance the devil could be forgiven should he repent at the time of judgement, or is that impossible? After all, he played an important part in molding mankind for the better.
If God permits the Devil to act then he is the devil himself. I can't believe I'm hearing this.
No, you got free will to chose between thr devils deception and gods graces, and even if you make mistakes and choosr the devils side, God will be there if you look for Him.
